A Chicago police officer fatally shot a 27-year-old man who had punched her and attempted to grab her gun during a South Side struggle Thursday morning.The incident began with the officer and her partner's attempt at stopping a car containing four men around 2 a.m. in Chicago's Englewood neighborhood. When the driver took off, the police chased after them until the car crashed into a garage in the 7400 block of South Emerald Avenue, NBC Chicago reports.CBS Chicago reports the four men were traveling in a vehicle that was suspected to have been stolen.
