A statue depicting the famous photograph of a sailor kissing a girl in New York's Times Square on V-J Day in 1945 will be on display in Union Station's Grand Hall beginning Wednesday through Nov. 1. The 6-foot statue is part of a campaign called Keep the Spirit of '45 Alive, which is a private initiative to preserve the legacy of America's "Greatest Generation."
