Century Living developed the apartments, which were completed in phases between 2023 and 2024. The brand-new apartment community offers a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with an average size of 1,028 square feet.

The Colorado Railroad Museum in Golden is chugging along, closing on its second real estate purchase of the year earlier this month.
