Entertainment Properties buys four Cinemagic theaters, sells Toronto Dundas Square

Entertainment Properties Trust has bought four stadium theater properties from Cinemagic Theatres in a $36.8 million sale-leaseback deal, as well as sold a property in Toronto for about $235.4 million. The New Hampshire and Maine theaters include 56 screens and more than 7,000 seats. The deal included Kansas City-based Entertainment Properties (NYSE: EPR) assuming a $3.8 million mortgage loan on one of the theaters.
