A plea agreement has been reached in the case of Thaddeus Murphy, a Colorado Springs man accused of attempting to bomb a Colorado Springs building that houses the NAACP, court records show.A notice of disposition was filed in court June 18 by Timothy O'Hara, Murphy's federal public defender.Details of the plea agreement will not be released until an Aug.
