Aside from a few light dustings earlier this season on Colorado’s mountains, today marks the first snow for much of the state. It started snowing as early as 7 a.m. in parts of Colorado. Temperatures are expected to linger around the mid-30s along the Front Range for much of the day with a low of 29 degrees tonight. Ski resorts are rejoicing as the inches pile up and help them on the #RacetoOpen for the season.
