A Coconut Creek man died late Friday after losing control of his car on an Interstate 95 ramp in Fort Lauderdale, according to a Florida Highway Patrol crash report. Geno Alfred Rapone, 32, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash on the northbound ramp of I-95 from I-595.
