Clouds And Possible Rain, Maybe One More Warm Day In Pikes Peak Region Before Cool Down

Though there was a "trace" of rain Monday, forecasters expect wetter conditions in the Colorado Springs area through Tuesday evening. A 30-percent chance of showers and thunderstorms is expected until 7 p.m. Tuesday, according to a report by the National Weather Service in Pueblo. It'll be a mostly cloudy day with a high of 71 degrees. The city hasn't seen significant rainfall since last week. The Colorado Springs Airport received .07 inches of rain Sept.
