Perry Village Council offers mayor settlement to resign

Perry Village Council has approved a resolution to offer Mayor Vicky Stevens a settlement to resign from office.Council on June 28 voted 4-2 in favor of a settlement for "Mrs. Stevens to retire from her position with the village." That settlement would include a $10,000 lump-sum payment to Stevens in conjunction with her stepping down.

Economic development manager hired to be shared by Willowick, Wickliffe, Kirtland

Monica Drake, who has 24 years of public sector experience, has been hired as the first shared economic development manager for Willowick, Kirtland and Wickliffe. Drake begins the job in mid-July.
