Traffic stop nets loaded gunSTOCKTON — Officers pulled a vehicle over for traffic violations in the area of Fremont and American streets at 11:32 p.m. Tuesday.Upon contacting the occupants, officers saw a loaded handgun on the vehicle’s floor.Leobardo Martinez, 30, and Luis Callejas, 24, were arrested without incident on suspicion of weapons charges. 

 

Tip leads to arrest of man involved in November homicide
