Delta College police investigating arson fires

STOCKTON — The San Joaquin Delta College Police Department is looking into two fires on campus that it believes were intentionally set.The first fire happened about 8:20 p.m. Feb. 27 inside the first-floor all-gender restroom inside the Shima building.
