CHURCH HILL — A Hawkins County woman who was arrested during a traffic stop Sunday afternoon allegedly admitted that she had obtained the gram of meth in her possession to sell that night. Elizabeth Marie Potter, 4, 505 Francis St., Church Hill allegedly stated she needed the proceeds from that sale to pay a bill. Shortly before 2:30 p.m.
