Chicago Blackhawks primary TV color commentator Darren Pang and his wife, Lynn, in late June paid $750,000 for a two-bedroom, 1,794-square-foot duplex penthouse loft condominium in River North. An Ontario native, Pang, 60, was a goalie for the Blackhawks for several seasons in the late 1980s. After a knee injury ended his career in 1990, Pang moved into broadcasting, first hosting a show during the hockey season on WBBM-AM and also working as a roving reporter for the now-defunct SportsChannel.
