Chester Supervisor Won't Step Down

CHESTER — Supervisor Alex Jamieson, who's facing state charges that he received about $6,000 in unemployment benefits while he was employed as a public official, vowed to stay on the job Wednesday as he appeared at his first Town Board meeting since his arrest.“My focus will be on the town and town business,” Jamieson said as he opened the public comment session.
