PROVIDENCE -- After climbing this winter and leveling off earlier this month, gasoline prices in Rhode Island are down two cents this week, AAA Northeast says.The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline is $2.849 at self-service pumps in the Ocean State, according to AAA's weekly survey.A year ago, the price was 15 cents higher at $2.999.
