KINGSPORT — For some homeowners, completing home repair projects can be stressful, both physically and financially. To help ease this burden, Holston Habitat for Humanity has launched a new program to help homeowners pay for external home repairs. “We realize that many homeowners cannot afford the full cost to repair a porch, install a disability ramp, replace the roof, paint the siding or do other external repairs,” construction manager Steve Clark said in a press release.
