JOHNSON CITY — East Tennessee State finally put together the complete game that coach Steve Forbes had been looking for. Controlling both halves of basketball, the Bucs took a 79-61 victory over North Dakota State on Saturday afternoon at Freedom Hall for the team’s fourth straight win. ETSU scored the game’s first five points, led by a dozen at the half and trailed only once, early in the game. Isaiah Tisdale hit 8 of 10 shots from the floor and led ETSU (5-2) with 18 points.
