It was a day of celebration as Riverside Elementary in Coral Springs unveiled a much-anticipated renovation to the school library, showing it was finally getting some return from the decade-old $800 million bond referendum. The media center now had new paint, flooring and furniture. Colorful tables and cushioned chairs replaced the old wooden furniture that had been there since the school opened in 1987.
