Any retail business that opened during the same month that the COVID-19 pandemic began in March 2020 — and then thrived — can be considered a success. Fox Run Cafe, at 3550 E. Colfax Ave., which opened on March 18, 2020, was “even more of a success” than its owner Lucien Reichert and his team “could have possibly imagined,” the breakfast restaurant posted on Instagram on Thursday.
