Back-up Power Generation Keeps Residents Warm

WORTHINGTON, Minn. (AP) — The administrator of a small southwestern Minnesota community says a damaging ice storm has changed the city scape forever. Worthington in Nobles County was hit particularly hard by storms that are moving through Minnesota. Administrator Craig Clark says it was "raining branches" in the city because of all the ice.
