FORT WORTH -- An Azle tattoo artist who had a mistrial in his sexual assault trial in November has pleaded guilty to unlawful restraint, according to Tarrant County criminal court records.In a plea agreement reached on Friday, Chapman Swindell, 29, was sentenced to 10 years probation with deferred adjudication on the charge of unlawful restraint with serious bodily injury.As part of the agreement, a second sexual assault charge was dismissed against Swindell.Neither his attorney nor prosecutors could not be reached Wednesday.
