PROVIDENCE, R.I. — Antiwar activists on Monday urged U.S. Sheldon Whitehouse to support a resolution calling for the end of American involvement in the war in Yemen, an effort that they say has gained momentum in recent months as scrutiny of Saudi Arabia ramps up. It was not the first time the activists have come out to Whitehouse's office to denounce the war and America’s role in it.
