So by end of day MONDAY, Steve Bannon will be in federal prison to start his mandatory 120 day sentence. He is due to be released at the very end of October, just days before the election. The National Republican Congressional Committee finally joined its peers when it announced its first batch of fall TV ad reservations on Tuesday, making it the last of the four largest outside groups involved in House races to do so.
