A regional airline will begin offering nonstop flights between Albany and Myrtle Beach, S.C., on April 5. Elite Airways, with a fleet of CRJ-200 and CRJ-700 regional jets, will offer service on Thursdays and Sundays, with fares beginning at $199 one-way.
