REUTERS/Kevin Lamarque ANKARA (Reuters) - Turkey and the United States have decided to "establish mechanisms" to normalize relations between them, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said on Friday, after weeks of escalating anti-American rhetoric from Ankara.
