I'm happy to report today that three Marylanders have hacked their way to the semi-finals in New Jersey. The contest, drawing competitors from New Hampshire to Georgia, will have contestants cut as many sirloin, filet and ribeye steaks from 20-30 pounds of beef in a set amount of time.
