Three Lancaster residents have been charged with federal weapons violations after being caught with machine guns, a grenade launcher and other weapons stolen from the Lancaster National Guard Armory. The federal criminal complaint said the armory was found unsecured the night of the arrests and that National Guard personnel did not know about the burglary.
