CHESTER >> Two people were killed in a shooting incident and police also are investigating a third shooting in the city Wednesday, officials said.Chester police were on routine patrol just after 7 p.m. in the area of Ninth Street and Highland Avenue when they heard gunfire in the vicinity.Police said as they approached the intersection of Ninth and Grace Streets, they observed a red Pontiac fleeing the area and also observed a black male lying in the street.
