Darren Walker, the president of the Ford Foundation, announced on July 22 that he intended to leave the highly influential position by the end of 2025. Under his 11-year tenure, Ford’s endowment grew from just over $11 billion to just under $17 billion, slightly smaller than the GDP of Jamaica.
