By lance benzel lance.benzel@gazette.com -A Western-themed restaurant evoking Colorado's gold rush past won't be the only new amenity at Seven Falls when it reopens this summer. Among the new perks slated for the popular tourist spot is a "canopy-soaring experience," or a series of ziplines that will allow paying visitors to soar from treetop to treetop beginning at a location off Old Stage Road, above the Seven Falls property, and possibly ending somewhere in its 1,300-acre footprint. Also planned is a milelong trail extension that will create a pedestrian and multi-use path from the Seven Falls entrance to The Broadmoor hotel, whose owners purchased Seven Falls last September for an undisclosed sum.
