Zelensky Orders Nationwide Inspections After Deaths Outside Kyiv Shelter

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky ordered nationwide inspections of the country's civilian shelters following the deaths of three people who were unable to access a shelter in Kyiv on Thursday. Zelensky says despite the devastation of that incident, there are still reports that some of Ukraine's shelters are inaccessible.
