YRC Worldwide Inc. said it lost $38.7 million in the second quarter and posted an operating loss because of continuing fees tied to its $500 million restructuring that is scheduled to be completed today. The Overland Park-based trucking company said its revenues reached $1.26 billion during the quarter, up from $1.12 billion a year earlier.
