Three-year-old Savannah Lavely smiles while being honored Tuesday for actions she took last month that helped save her mother's life. The Warren girl received a proclamation from Mayor James Fouts as her proud parents, Steven and Jessa Lavely, looked on, On June 16, Savannah and her mom were walking with their dog in their neighborhood when the woman collapsed from a seizure.
