Yamaha To Pay $2.2 Million To Resolve Allegations It Sold Uncertified Vehicles

The California Air Resources Board said today that Yamaha Motor Corp. USA and Yamaha Motor Co. Ltd. of Japan have agreed to a court-approved settlement of more than $2.2 million to resolve allegations of illegal importation and sale of uncertified off-highway vehicles.
