By From staff, wire reports West Virginia University has secured the No. 2 spot on Princeton Review's 2017 party school list. WVU, which moved up the list from its previous No. 7 ranking, was outranked only by University of Wisconsin-Madison. John Bolt, director of University Relations, said the administration isn't concerned about the ranking. "It's not scientific research," Bolt said.
