W.va. Mortgage Interest Rates Fall To Historic Lows

Home mortgage interest rates through the West Virginia Housing Development Fund dropped Tuesday to 2.81 percent, the lowest level in the agency's history.The new 30-year fixed loan rate was announced Tuesday by Gov. Earl Ray Tomblin, who attributed the decrease to a $15 million bond issue from the state Housing Development Fund.
