Nyden As Congress neared a decision on the future of the U.S. Export-Import Bank, West Virginia's U.S. senators found themselves on opposite sides of a vote on the bank earlier this week.On Wednesday night, senators voted 65-31 in favor of the bank, during a ballot intended to test support before the bank's charter expires on June 30.
