By Staff reports The West Virginia Economic Development Authority gave final approval of a $1.15 million loan for building lodging facilities for Hatfield-McCoy Trail ATV riders at the authority's monthly board of directors meeting Thursday. Princeton-based B&O Development will use the loan to finance the purchase of land for the facilities, located in Coaldale in Mercer County, along with necessary renovations, site preparation, furniture, fixtures and equipment, according to the EDA.
