Worker At N.j. Agency That Oversees Public Labor Relations Alleges Gender Discrimination

Deirdre Hartman, deputy executive director of the Public Employment Relations Commission (PERC), said in a lawsuit filed in Superior Court on Nov. 3 that she had a greater workload than a male colleague who is also a deputy executive director, but that she only made $113,000 to his $127,500.
