Visit Stockton has hired a tourism strategy company to tailor Stockton an alluring new brand. The old brand, "Celebrate!" mysteriously failed to pack tourists in.Yeah, about that. Wes Rhea, Visit Stockton’s executive director, said something telling about "Celebrate!""Our goal is not to create some fancy unbelievable marketing message," he said.
