A family boating excursion turned tragic over the weekend after a woman was thrown from a tube into another boat Sunday on Sand Lake, part of Clare County's Chain of Lakes in the Harrison area.Two people -a 23-year-old woman and a teenage boy- were being pulled on the tube as a male family drove the boat and a woman on the boat acted as a spotter for the tubers, said Department of Natural Resources Lt.
