CITY OF KINGSTON – A woman walking on the railroad tracks Friday evening at the Flatbush CSX Railroad Crossing was struck and killed by a northbound train, Kinston city police said.Police said the accident occurred shortly after 8 p.m., and the woman was walking in a westerly direction across the tracks when she was struck by the train.
