POTTS Daily Journal IUKA – A Burnsville woman has been arrested, accused of stealing money from a high school booster club. The Tishomingo High School Touchdown Club approached sheriff’s investigators about funds that appeared to be misappropriated. During the course of the investigation, it was determined that treasurer Heather Nicole Potts had been gaining access to the account and withdrawing funds from the organization. Potts, 34, of County Road 475, Burnsville, was charged with embezzlement and her bond was set at $12,000.
