PROVIDENCE -- A Providence woman was charged with punching a nurse who she accused of “judging” her at the Women & Infants Hospital emergency room Sunday, city police say.Tiana Solis, 24, was charged with assault on health care providers or emergency services medical personnel, Commander Thomas Verdi said.
