A judge Monday dismissed a second-degree murder charge against a 22-year-old Shelby Township woman accusing of killing her 2-year-old son by leaving him in a vehicle for nine hours.Immediately after that ruling, Audrionna Rhoades pleaded no contest to the lesser charge, child abuse, leaving a child in a vehicle causing death, punishable by up to 15 years in prison.
