The property is also near a King Soopers and transportation like the Belleview Station and RTD Southmoor Station, offering convenient access to shopping centers and major employment hubs, including the Southeast Business Corridor. According to Denver property records, GID purchased the property for a little over $60 million in January 2008. With over 60 years of experience, GID manages $30 billion in assets as of Sept.
