A man who was present when a Clinton Township man shot his best buddy to death said he doesn't know if the men heard him warn that the handgun was loaded.Brandon Daniel Dilucente testified Thursday at the manslaughter trial of Matthew Magdowski that he yelled, "Don't pull the trigger, it's loaded," to Joe Saroli twice seconds before a gun changed hands from Saroli to Magdowski, and Magdowski shot Saroli in the hip.
