Winter Chill Is Back For A While

All of the low temperatures are in the single digits. Flurries are falling and the temperature in Milwaukee is about 25 degrees now, but the temperature is expected to fall to 19 degrees by 5 p.m., according to the forecast from the National Weather Service.
