Wine Bar George, the restaurant and bar by master sommelier George Miliotes, will open 5 p.m. Saturday with a menu full of small plates, family-style eats and, of course, plenty of wine in Disney Springs. On May 20, the restaurant will start its regular daily hours of 11 a.m. to 2 a.m.
