Wilkes-barre Man Sentenced For Shooting Neighbor In Road Rage Attack

The Wilkes-Barre man who donned a black ski mask and began blasting with a shotgun in a road rage attack was sentenced Tuesday to five to 10 years in state prison. Tony Ransome, 38, pleaded guilty to aggravated assault charges earlier this year for shooting Josue Ruiz-Vargas in the face.
